Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth;Lead data-driven campaigns and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing;Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;Foster and maintain strong relationships with the Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities;Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among our users;Collaborate closely with the ES Marketing Lead and other regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing strategies.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, operations, or community relations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry;Proven experience launching and managing community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an affiliate program, managing events, managing social media platforms);Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends;Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment;Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under tight daily deadlines;Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
